Of Counsel
Perry J. Narancic is an experienced
intellectual property litigator. He started his career at the preeminent
firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California,
in its Intellectual Property Litigation Department. Perry then gained
practical experience when he served as the general counsel to iManage,
Inc. (Nasdaq: IMAN), where he managed the company’s portfolio
of copyrights, trademarks, and patents and provided counseling on
all issues of corporate governance. In July 2003, Mr. Narancic founded
Lex Analytica, P.C., a firm focusing on business counseling and
litigation in Antitrust, Unfair Competition, Copyright, Trademark,
Trade secrets, Licensing Issues, and Internet law.
Perry has also been on the faculty of the Santa Clara University
School of Law from 2000 to the present, including teaching courses
in Representing The Public Technology Company (Offered
annually since Spring 2002); Legal Problems of Start-up Businesses
(Spring and Fall 2001); and Technology and the Regulation of
Competition (Summer and Fall 2000, and Fall 2003).
Mr. Narancic attended McGill University Faculty of Law, in Montreal,
Canada, and he earned an LL.M. degree from the University of California,
Berkeley, where he focused on intellectual property and antitrust.
Perry is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted
in the Northern District of California and the Ninth Circuit.
