McMahon Law Group Expands Menlo Park Office
June 1, 2004 – The McMahon Law Group (“MLG”)
today announced that Perry J. Narancic will serve as its Of Counsel
to its Menlo Park office. Narancic founded LexAnalytica, P.C., a
law firm specializing in intellectual property matters. Prior to
that, Narancic also served as general counsel of iManage, Inc. (Nasdaq:
IMAN), a company that developed information management solutions.
Narancic started his career in the Intellectual Property litigation
department at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto,
California. Narancic is also an active lecturer at the Santa Clara
University School of Law, where he teaches several courses, including:
“Representing The Public Technology Company” and Technology
and the Regulation of Competition.”
